I am very confused.I am flying on August 5 this year from singapore to the USA.I have BOOKED and paid my tickets for 4 of us....and have them confirmed as well.When I go to singaporeair.com,I enter my ticket number and I see ONLY 4 seats as " preferred" and they are all single seats far away from each other.How come EVERY other seat is listed as " occupied" ?I can't believe every one of the 300 passengers except us 4 have booked their seats so early.Something is fishy.....

Does Singapore Airlines A380 seat 54k have a window?
Seat 54k is the lower deck, behind the gallery and is an exit row window seat hopefully.. , i chose it because it has leg rom.I've been looking everywhere, it says on the singapore airlines website that it does have a window but in some videos i see that the window is way in front of the seat on the door, so while sitting down you wouldn't be able to see out at all, you would have to get up Does anybody know anything about this seat or have you sat there yourself? i'd be grateful to know as this is my first time flying and i'd love to have a window seat i'm flying in about 3 weeks .Thanks matt Thanks for the replies guys, i've been on seatguru but some of the details there are different to those on the official Singapore Airlines websites, it's all so contradictory which was why i've come on to Yahoo Answers to see if anybody has any first hand experience.As for changing the seat, there is a facility on the website to pick and choose whichever seat you want providing it is empty at any time, so I can easily change it although only about 1 3rd of the seats are left so time is of the essence If worst comes to worst i can probably switch with somebody when i get on the plane as you said but i'd rather do the research now and book the right seat Still looking for somebody with first hand experience Matt
